This is a 7 week downloadable message transcript series.

When Christ walked the earth, He performed great miracles.

What does that have to do with how our students live their lives today? Use this series to show your students how the miracles Jesus did then reveal what God is like and how He still performs miracles today.

Week 1: Come On... No Way... You've Got To Be Kidding!

A miracle is an extraordinary event of God intervening, coming to us.

God uses miracles to reveal Himself to us.

This message prepares students to learn about how Jesus used miracles over nature, people, and death itself to verify that He is God's Son and show God's compassion to the world.

They will learn that nothing is too bog (or small) for God, and they can trust Him to make miracles happen in their lives.

Week 2: Questions That Can Change Your Life This message examines the miracle of the healing of the man by the Pool of Bethesda.

It goes beyond an examination of the event itself and asks the students to determine what their sickness is and how their excuses are keeping them from getting well.

It challenges them to ask Jesus to heal them and then do something with their new health.

Week 3: Feeding The Hunger Within Jesus fed 5,000 men (plus more women and children) with five loaves of bread and two fish.

Beyond showing that God cares about our physical needs as well as our spiritual ones, this miracle says a lot to his disciples, both then and now.

Things like giving what you have to God and being amazed at what He does with it.

Week 4: Walking On Water Jesus walked on the water and invited Peter to do the same.

Invite your students to take a walk of their own with this message.

The first step is getting out of the boat.

The second step is keeping your focus on Jesus.

If we told you the third step, you wouldn't need to listen to the message.

Week 5: Starting To Walk This message teaches us about the paraplegic whose friends dug a hole through a roof to get him to Jesus.

We need to have that same zeal, where we let nothing keep us from the truth.

We also need to be in the business of destroying the roof for others, bringing them to Jesus when they are unable to do so themselves.

Don't let anyone tell you (or your students) that one person can't make a difference.

Week 6: Does God Love Me When There Are Billions To Love? A woman who had been bleeding for 12 years touches Christ's cloak and is healed.

Although she was one in a crowd of many, Jesus stopped and sought her out.

God never sees us a part of a crowd; He always sees us as the individual He created and loves.

Week 7: How To Survive Your Storms Everyone goes through storms- no exceptions.

Fortunately, we know a man who can calm the roughest seas, a man whose mere presence can give us peace in the face of these storms, a man we call Savior (I know, some of you were thinking it was Doug Fields).
